Title: Litigation Support Technology as a Value Foundation for Clients
    Area of Discipline: Business Strategy
Description: Litigation support has been an area in which many firms historically have tended to use more of the "brute force" approach in order to meet challenging deadlines and high client expectations. This may not result in the most efficient approach for clients. Law firms should not only look at how to make this process more efficient, but also a process that can be cost effective for both clients and firms alike. These improvements include better document review technologies and processes, better leveraging of and use of litigation support staff versus attorneys and legal assistants and improved approaches to e-discovery.
