    Title: Interpersonal Communication
Area of Discipline: Leadership / Professional Development
Description: Listening is much more than just giving someone else the opportunity to talk. Choosing a successful communication strategy to use with individuals having different goals, styles and experiences is critical in achieving the shared goals of your firm. Our multigenerational panel members will discuss how to make confident and creative choices that encourage feedback, foster initiative and evaluate performance, and they lay out strategies to manage attitude and behavior as well as to persuade and influence others in order to meet and exceed initiatives. Learn how to talk with people, not at them. Take home new approaches that encourage cooperation, resolve resistance, deal with differences, build rapport and improve the quality of relationships in your workplace.
