Crafting an effective strategy for your organization is always challenging. The current economic climate has sharpened the focus on identifying business drivers, having clear organizational goals and ensuring you have the right people to meet those goals. This session focuses on ways to align the perspectives and competencies of your executive management team with your organization’s strategic goals. We provide a framework for evaluating executive resources and determining how those resources align with your organization’s goals. We look at strategies to synchronize the two and help you determine when executive search strategies should be considered as part of your overall alignment plan. You will gain a new perspective on assessing your organization’s strategic planning efforts and insights in making those efforts more effective. |
